I think the one thing I've noticed most as I've gotten older is that I can't get away with long sleepless nights. They are clearly stamped on my face. Now I get that beauty rest is no joke.
I know robee, I have so many sleepless nights & days.....How do we catch up on our beauty sleep??????

I guess the right answer is make time for sleep and forget about everything else. As for completely sleepless nights, I've had many of those during really stressful times in my life. Those are tough.
Ahh yes, I too am a victim of the [(hours of sleep) + H2O (oz) - general level of anxiety] / Xanax (mg) = facetime in mirror prior to leaving house.
An absolute must - satin pillowcase. Your skin doesn't get stuck to the fabric, less sheetmarks in the morning. Sleep with your head elevated a bit - like on two pillows - less puffiness. Get up in the AM and slam at least 32 ounces of water first thing.
I'm hitting 40 but through trickery and deception (as some on the forum might say) don't have any crow's feet, etc. Mostly staying out of the sun.

Actually, I've already told my husband that when that day comes, we're getting a Home Equity line of credit for repairs & maintenance. Maybe it'll even be tax deductible.
