OP, you are paying a guy to date you. He is not a stalker unless you have told him not to have any contact with you and he persists.

Giving money to a man you are not married to is the height of stupidity, IMO. He wants your money, not you. Break it off and move on.

If you don't pick up how do you he's not calling to ask you out?
