I can't believe I'm even participating in this discussion, but if I were a man I hope I'd want a woman who would be capable of using her breasts to nurture my children instead of having two perky things that look like Tupperware bowls sticking off of her chest.

Alot of women who get breast augmentation (myself included) get it done BECAUSE of pregnancy and nursing. I lost most of my natural breast tissue after childbearing and nursing three children and I got implants. They look and feel very natural and don't look like "Tupperware bowls" sticking off my chest. I highly doubt anyone would be able to tell if they were "real" or fake," they feel and look so natural. From these comments here, I highly doubt most men have first-hand (no pun intended) experience with implanted breasts. If so, they wouldn't be so judgmental and negative!

1) What qualities do you look for in women's boobs (kind of funny sounding!)? Natural look, perky, but not too perky
2) If you were choosing between a real pair that were an A/B cup and very perky, a real pair that were C/D but quite saggy, or a pair of fake C/D cups, which would you choose? I prefer ones like my own....
3) What do you consider the perfect size(s)? It really depends on the woman

Me, I'm a girl with DD-cup that aren't saggy. I'm not ashamed of my bustiness. Oh, and mine are 100% fat. AKA, they're real, not implants. Women who get implants... need to grow up. Boobs aren't everything.

yeah but you have em,some want em so it isn't about growing up and maybe they aren't everything but some might see it as something.If a woman wants to get 'em because she wants to make her man happy or feel happier herself I don't see the problem.

And yes natural are best,but enhanced ones are a turn on to me also.More worried about my woman nursing my children?....nope,to me they are a sexual turn on flat out plain and simple.

I'm actually considering a reduction because being busty isn't all it's cracked up to be. I've been asked on numerous occasions "where I got them" and such.. and some people just don't believe that these things are real.

Bras for my size are extremely difficult to find. I usually have to special order them. They're expensive. Not even the Specialty Bra stores like Victoria's secret carry my size on hand.

I even had to design a bra that I could wear during the night because it gets so uncomfortable. I honestly can't see why women would want to do this to themselves.

When I mean grow up, I mean be mature. Looks aren't everything. I've heard many women say that they feel more confident because of their implants. It's sad that it's been mainstreamed that you have to look a certain way to be considered beautiful.

I would never undertake a cosmetic surgery to please my man. He'd better be happy with what he chose. If he doesn't, then he shouldn't have picked me.

I will have to add that women like Chelsea Charms have taken implants to a huge extreme.

It's hard for me to be objective since I have a weakness.Different guys like different things.Some woman would do it to please their man and that's not being selfish in the man perspective if the woman is cool about it.I know someone who recently told me "yeah my guy loves 'em big,I'm thinking about getting them even bigger because I think it waould be a turn on for both me and him".If she feels that way,I think that's fine.

I once had a girlfriend who had E cups natural,but she had low esteem about herself,she ragged on me about me wanting to do certain things with them,and generally just had a negative attitude.But,then latter I had another girlfriend with a similar size who was proud of them and likes "using" them.(Mn I messed up with her,but anyway)attitude about oneself makes a big difference.

It's not mainstreamed,it's just a natural fact that a fair amount of guys are turned on by biguns'.Mainstream is the airbrushed model who doesn't have a ounce of fat on her,is athletic built and fits into the designer fashions.Give me meaty,big and bouncy I say......rubenesque,voluptuous,curvy whatever you want to call it.
