Why did I know you would say something like that?
I think it's sad all the young girls today that are getting fake boobs. It shows insecurity to me because they don't feel happy with their bodies. I always felt it was disgusting to take a foreign object and stick it under your skin. At the same time, I've known several women that had it done and whatever floats your boat but I would never do that. All the women in my family have hugh breasts to the point of having back pain, can't wear many tops, have to buy expensive bras and the drooped as they got older. I noticed when I was single and would go out with friends with large chests, guys would always talk looking down at them instead of to their face. To answer the question: B or C looks better on most body types and real.

I think it's actually "more than a handful is a waste".
I am a girl. And if I could choose what size to be with my frame it would be a large C. I have a friend that got implants because she had 3 kids, breastfed all of them and was a small A cup when not pregnant. She got a large B and on her it's plenty and very proportional to her. I will probably get reduced at some point.
Most tops aren't made to fit anything bigger than a C so you end up with a shirt that rides too high in the front otherwise.

My daughter and I enjoy watching the Plastic surgery show on TV. I am amazed at how many women come in for breast implants just to get a mans attention...I would never have surgery to get a mans attention.
Then again, I have always had large breasts. I am just waiting for the day that I can have a lift and reduction down to a B cup so I can wear those nice little tops that have the built in shelf and NO bra...I hate wearing a bra.

As an "A" cup, I actually researched getting implants several years ago right after the silicone implants were taken off the market. I discovered that 10% of all implants have hardening around the scar, called "encapsulation". The only way to get rid of it is to manually break it up. Ouuuch!!! Not to mention that I found out implants have to be replaced every fifteen or twenty years; I don't have that kind of money! The result is that padded bras are my friend. I'm very petite, though, and even a "C" cup would look huge and out of proportion on my frame. A full "B" would be nice, however! In my next life, perhaps.

Not that there's anything wrong with breast implants....
I've been a customer since 1996.

Mine are 6 this year...........and I've never had a moment of regret. I was broad shouldered and small chested and I looked like a linebacker in tank tops. I now feel more balanced and better in summer clothes.
I was in a great relationship when I got them- and they were for ME, not anyone else.

Yep, I got them to be more proportioned, not to be "boobed out"
I was single and no I didn't get any more dates but that's not why I got them. Strictly for me and my clothes.

I have a neighbor who got them, she fell and ruptured one and had to have it replaced.
That would be awful but I don't believe that happens very often.
I would LOVE to have to wear a wonder bra to get cleavage, that is a dream of mine.
