I've known people that have done both reductions and enlargements. Those that had to get them reduced it was because of the severe back pain they caused. For those that I know that got enlarged - thankfully none of my friends got them to were you say "fake" the minute you see them. One of the girls her husband even remarks, "best home improvement loan I've ever done". I'm betting by "home improvement" he means THE HOME and not the actual house . She was FLAT though. That 6" between the boobs is gross looking to me and just plain odd. I also have one friend that got a "lift". She did not get them enlarged but rather lifted back up and on that one they remove the entire aerola and put it back on. OUCH! And NO THANK YOU!
Even when you have small boobs you can still have saggy ones. That is NOT appealing at all and almost looks somewhat unnatural. My sister is small chested, 32A. I swear the girl has a full chest of drawers w/ nothing BUT bra's. All kinds of fancy ones that she can find on the clearance racks for next to nothing. I came from a family of "healthy" women but my sister and I somehow skipped out on that gene, whew. Though I am bigger in the chest than her. I got those "perfect" boobies, 36C. Even at my age they don't sag and I'm SOOOOO GLAD! I can actually "flex" my boobs just like the muscle builder guys can flex their pecs. I think part of the reason that mine don't sag at all is because I ALWAYS wear a good bra even at home. I don't take it off till close to bedtime. There are a few times that I go w/o one in public though but not often - depends on the top (or I'm on a beach somewhere ). Even when I'm wearing something strapless I have a good strapless bra on. So this past year when we were in Mexico and this woman that was younger than me took her top off to WOW and impress the crowd and was "working" them my husband was NOT impressed. His comment to me, "you have her beat all the way around and your boobs are MUCH better looking". Ahhhhhhh. So I think I have him spoiled which being that he is a "boob man" is probably a good thing that I have good natural ones.

Gravity issues...live long enough and everyone gets them. Even men's boobs.
Wear all the good supportive bras with underwires that you want...they WILL sag one day. Anyway. (sigh)

I've noticed the only one's who feel uncomfortable talking about them are the ones with severely undersized or oversized boobs. Could I think of a better way to spend my money? Probably, but I'd do it again. You forgot to ask about the pain. Yes it's very painful.

It's very painful and costs 3 to 7k. That's amazing! I had no idea it cost so much. To me, that is a heap of money. Also, I assumed that a reduction in size would be cheaper. Thanks for the candid info.

I watch the plastic surgery shows and the reduction is more involved then the adding of implants.
There is more cutting and yes the nipple is removed and then sewn back on but for me it would be worth it...
They give you pain medication.

Because men have an intense relationship with boobs. Small, large, melons, saggy - they love 'em. It's not as close of a relationship as they have with certain parts of THEIR anatomy, but definitely a love thing.

Yep I'd have to agree w/ this and I'm a female. There is just something about men and their relationship w/ the boob.

I'm a guy...and really it doesn't matter if they are fake or not as long as they look good.
What size......I'd have to say about a 36-38D to a DD....altough sometime small perky ones are very nice too.
