I've been one too, since 2000.
And, yes, I would do it AGAIN, in a heartbeat, instead of waiting so long to begin with.

True story. My wife's brother was married to a lady who had her boobs reduced so she would look better in tank tops and summer clothing. He was insulted that he wasn't consulted on this matter. It was the point that initiated the deterioration of their marriage, and he ultimately found a lady more to his liking (visually and consideration of his sentiments wise).
Of course, other things may have caused the problems to evolve too. But this was the issue that caused him to wonder how much she considered his sentiments about things, and how important his view was. Was he selfish, or was she inconsiderate? I won't even get into that realm, but this was the event which started their breakup. He doesn't bounce around (pun intended) from girl to girl, and has been with his replacement wife for almost 30 years.

Although the politically correct thing to do would have been to consult him, and I can't imagine he didn't have a clue on this before it happened, it's her back that's killing her, it's her that feels like crap walking around all top heavy...if this contributed to their marriage because he was "insulted", he sure was hung up on hooters.....and where was his consideration of her obvious psychological and physical discomfort? Nah. He's throwing out a good line, but there's way, way more to that story....let's get her side, bet it's a whole 'nother ball game!
Let's take it a step further - and it does happen, I will grant you that - but I had breast cancer - I could have reconstruction or just have 'em lopped off. Husband didn't even weigh in on that one, said it was my decision (which in the long run was the least important of things to deal with)......if he'd been offended because I made my decision without consulting him, Tom Bodell and the Motel 6 would need to leave the light on for him. Men leave over stupid stuff like a hunk of flesh and their opinion on something that really, truly has nothing to do with them. I simply do not understand.
C'mon, guys, it's flesh - if I stick nipples on my butt are you gonna think it's sexy? My butt is WAY bigger than my chest...and a lot perkier, too....lol!

Oooh! That's a really good idea! I wonder if my butt would be sexier with nipples...I dunno, my BF is a butt man, so it may spoil the experience for him...ROFL

Let's turn this around: how many people prefer a man's most private part to be real or stuffed with saline/silicone?!
Personally, I find it sad that, unless a person really is deformed, he or she would cut open the body for invasive surgery just for vanity sake.

Actually, that's a misnomer, which has, unfortunately, given a bad name to breastfeeding. Improper support during pregnancy is the most guilty cuprit.

I heard. . . . .
*bounces*
that breast immplants have been known to SQUEAK at high altitudes!!!
That neato-trick alone, would be worth following someone around with fake ones, IMO.
Just imagine it, what could be better than combining a breast with a squeak-toy, boys? You could keep yourselves entertained for weeks on end!

I think, one thing should be addressed here...
Breastfeeding itself does NOT contribute to sagging breast, and them losing their elasticity and perkyness.
But, the weight gain and loss, associated with pregancy and producing the milk, however, WILL!
I used proper bras, and at the end they didn't matter, because it came from (Quote): "changes to the fat tissues, and the stretching of the delicate and thin skin" (unless I was being mis-informed by my doc and hospital staff)
After I breastfed and lost the pregnancy weight, all I wanted was my boobs back....(Okay, okay, I "helped" a little, since I wasn't willing to gain all the weight back to fill "em" back out....LOL )
