Isn't that what the predecessor to Viagra was? I believe the crude term was Pump-A-Peter....can't remember the real name.....Wasn't exactly saline or silicone, more like a balloon......maybe that's where the squeaking is coming from?

I agree. Before I was pregnant I was a 32A, afterwards a 36DD! Whoohoo! I loved my baby boobies but when I stopped breastfeeding they are NOT as cute as they were. However I wouldn't trade that experience for the world. |

Yeah...I guess it probably was the pregnancy that messed them up...I did wear "proper" support...I'm a 36 C-D (depending on the bra) normally, & once I got preggers, I certainly looked like I'd gotten them done! They were huge & very round (if they hadn't hurt so much, I would've really liked them!) & now that I'm done with all that, they are just slightly less perky than they used to be...not saggy, just a little tired maybe... 
& even if it were the breastfeeding, my vanity wouldn't preclude my doing what is best for my children.
We should start a new thread for guy implants! Women probably worry about their boobs too much & IMHO, guys worry way more than we (at least I) do about the size of their "male parts"...  |

You know what? 
I swear, I had NO CLUE, that males could have surgery, to ENLARGE their part!!!
I was at my surgeons office, looking trough some "before and after" shots (privacy honored with blurring out faces, or taking the pic's without the heads all together), and I was absolutely AMAZED by it!
Let's put it this way...the males, which had it done, really DESERVED a bigger size, because some of them were very under-developed, to say the least.
And, no, I am NOT setting myself up for that size debate... ....I am just happy for those guys, to have the option of a better life and more self confidence via medical procedure.
Life's to short, might as well be happy. Right??
