My ex grew up in a large family (11) in a small house. It was literally a large dormitory, 4 to a room, 2 to a bed. Her parents, oddly after having so many kids never showed affection in front of the children. She hated crowding, her space being invaded, couple that with lack of affection and she just didn't care about intimacy, hasn't dated since our break up either.

Says the guy who hoards Facebook friends like shiny pennies. Sex is a basic biological drive that many people find important. It's why conjugal visits are given as rewards to prisoners.

Exactly JJ. It is also why it is on the very basic physiological level of needs on Maslow's hierarchy.

Oh no, he's fine. No complaints with his technique. I just have no interest. It's not hormonal either. I have never had much interest in the activity. Despite the fact I was very sexually active in my younger years, it was just a means to an end. I could never really understand the attraction. LOL

Me too, and so are a whole bunch of my close, and very married, friends!

I think using the word "pathetic" for thinking sex is necessary is well beyond overboard.
