do you feel better about it if you can rant and rave a little first? Or do you just do it and keep your feelings to yourself?
My husband and I have different styles in the way we handle some things. He's able to just put his feelings aside and do what needs to be done.
I, on the other hand, need to get my feelings about having to do whatever unpleasant or aggravating thing I'm about to do out BEFORE I can do the thing, lol.
I'm just wondering how many others there are out there like me.
So, when faced with something you REALLY don't want to do, but you know you have to, how many of you have to vent about it first?
No, I suck it up. Unfortunately.
However, perceptive people around me will know that something is wrong. Aggravation will be written all over my face.

After I've taken care of it, I might contemplate it and take out my aggravataion in a non-verbal/dangerous manner - anyone for a run?
I put my feelings aside and do what needs to be done - but, if I'm angry about it, I make sure that I do not have to do that same need-to-be-done again.
i'm not a complainer by nature so i would just do what needs to be done. However, if it's something that really bothers me, i will either not do it to begin with or you will know by my demeanor i'm not happy about it.
