I see that you already worked it out, but commenting on someone's physical beauty is not something I think a man should lead with. Maybe after some conversation or something, but otherwise it just cheapens the interaction (i.e. it would seem you are just interested in her looks).

If I had a Facebook page and someone sent me a short message to compliment my looks, I wouldn't think anything of it. But if the message were either long and/or detailed to the point to where it seemed that he was obsessed, then I'd be creeped out.
No. That is as same when unknowing guys on bar comes to comment ones look. If comment someones pic is creepy, I just was creepy OK I am pretty creepy anyway
