It's generally been SW-NE - we just missed a biggie the other day, the one that gave NYC a foot or so. Tonight it's more powder, only about an inch or so, but still - I'm tired of winter already.

I'm sick of winter, too. I'm down near Harrisburg and we've had our share recently! Not as bad as points to the NE and E - but enough.

I'm in Wilkes-Barre, and weather is always weird here. I'm a stone's throw from the Susquehanna River, which in turn is hemmed in by two big mountain ranges. It moderates the snow we get, such that the other day when we got 2" my student from the other side of the mountain got 6" - only about a 20-minute drive difference.

For people that really should be used to snow, Wilkes-Barreians are really poor drivers in it.
