Neighbours which just have to nag about something... (girlfriends, man, older)

I do not listen music - but guys upstairs keeps parties.. Like now

I do not watch tv - but older couple upstairs keep it loud

I do not have children

I am not elephant ( i am normal weight)

I do not sing

I practically live in silence

But I think I have to move because my new neighbour for some reason hates me and stalk me on stairs and nagging about s**t....

I am just waiting when she is drunk and kills me. What to heck is with people if you do not have man to your guardian you are free food for all. Well.. keep fun!

I think you need to tell the building manager.

Make documentation of the noise going on around you.

If your neighbors violate the quiet hours in your building that's against the rules.

Tell the people with the tv that you can hear it and they should turn it down after a certain time so you can get some sleep.

All of these things you should be telling your building manager.

Actually it was at upstairs couple of girlfriends ago I am happy that he have new and quiet girlfriend now...
