OK, so I thought about this tonight when I had to sit out a couple of dances, lol. The confusion that you are experiencing is due to the fact that women are not as visual as men are (though the visuals of the apes really does it for us. Yes, that is sarcasm.) Like, we're not as likely to get it on solo with the porno-mag centerfold as men are. Yes, I'll give you that. But that does not mean that we're not turned on by the male body--we're just turned on by it in a different way than you are by a female body. It's the feel of a male body that turns us on--when I can feel the maleness rolling off of a man, it's heady stuff. If you want to call that power, go ahead, but a man doesn't have to be particularly powerful to have that maleness--it's hard to explain, and then there's so much more to it than just Godfather tendencies.

I have always heard that girls in their early teens, and in high school
"experimented" with other girls, but most turned out not to be lesbians, and went on to marry and have kids and be content with men. Is it in most women to try it, or just curious? Are they testing the waters to see if they like it? What ever happens. Women can do this and not be thought of as lesbians. Just being "curious". But guys that I know of dont do this. We all saw the guys that were gay in school. There was no doubt they were gay.You just stayed away from them.

Actually boys do it too, it's just a lot more secretive and less common now because it's so discouraged. And a lot of them end up being straight too.
The attraction you feel to anything is conditional based upon its ability to give you pleasure. Like I said, not all women experience physical attraction, so I don't expect you to understand the difference. It's the same reason girls don't understand why men love lesbian porn.

Yeah it seems this society is plain obsessed with lesbianism. Photo shoots between two men in mens magazines show two women getting close, touching each other or kissing, I think even women aren't grossed out by it anymore. I'm sure quite a few women are actually more grossed out by two men together, which maybe proves that other guys theory that they are all lesbian/asexual (just kidding).

It proves it's a cultural attitude thing.
Like anything else, it's because they've grown up with it being the norm. Nothing more mysterious about it than that. Although, I know lots of older women (older than me even!) that are in lesbian relationships, and have been for a long time.

This has increased though. Like I always say, women did not experiment with each other decades like they do now.
I actually personally know quite a few men in their 20s who have experimented and identify as straight or bi-curious. Mainstream society just doesn't see it.
I know a few women who have too...most of them, unsurprisingly, have boyfriends. Met one girl who identified as bi but isn't even physically attracted to women. Actually met a couple like her, in their teens.
And women and men used to experiment in the past...Kinsey said that something like 1% of men and women each identified as 'bisexual' but of course he said most of us are somewhat bi as well.
