I used to work with this indian guy named Raj (very common name). He was a player through and through, and was about 6' 2" tall guy. He had the stereotypical indian accent and a really loud laugh. He was kind of a goofball and very vain but somehow made it work for him. Last I heard he was living in Miami engaged to a dance instructor from Argentina.

Stop complaining kiddo. Short guys (any race) have it tougher than all of the Indian men combined. I also see plenty of (Tall) Indian men with blanquitas (white women) all the time on the streets of NYC.

I'm sorry, did you say "roughly about 5"?

And you live in Texas?

You live somewhere in Texas, with only 5 latinas in the whole town?

Sorry. I can't see it. It's Texas. The border is right frickin there.

I have to agree with the OP, it's a huge limitation, and for the most part, I would advise the Indian men to forget any notions of them dating American women, esp. those one's that aren't fat, overweight, ugly or weird. This is coming from an Indian man that's been in this nation for 5 years, who's well educated, does a very good job, is very clean, pretty good looking, and yes, contrary to your stereotypes, has no accent while he speaks and doesn't smell like curry either(sorry to those that wanted to stereotype me in the above mentioned categories), none of the above matters though in the dating world here in the west just because of the fact that I am Indian.

If I were a female, yes, it would make a difference. i would not date you. Afterall, who would want to be ready to take a big bite out of her delicious, juicy hamburger just to have her Indian[Hindu] date say "HOLY COW! Dont eat that!!!!!!!!
