Yeah, I was thinking the same. How difficult could it be?

Can't imagine telling someone, supposedly a "friend", that their baby is ugly.

Mind you, the kid isn't UGLY per se, but it looks like it just "isn't right" if you get my meaning.

Whenever the photos are posted there are tons of "oogie boogie" comments about how precious and beautiful the kid is. I feel compelled to say SOMETHING, but what? I can't very well put what I am thinking into words. Yet, I am the ONLY FB friend who has not made any comment about the kid since she brought it home more than three weeks ago.

Any ideas?

1. There's no such thing as ugly or attractive babies. Babies are usually just adorable or cute.

2. OP, are you ok? I worry about you and your line of thinking sometimes.

Only evil people can do that. For God's sake the child is not even yours and you take the trouble to make a thread out of it.

Yes. Their innocence and purity, like that of toddlers and some children, makes them beautiful and adorable. I'm not a maternal person, but I just can't see babies with the eyes I judge adult individuals with.

Bingo! And some beautiful babies grow up to be ugly adults.

Seriously, very few babies are "beautiful", but they are precious nonetheless. After experiencing nine months of pregnancy and uncertainty, mine always looked perfect to me when they were finally here.
