I like these ideas:
Star Gaze and Hot Chocolate- I would be likely to put out though because it just sounds really romantic LOL.
Scavenger Hunt- Shows the person put a lot of effort to do this.
Home Dates- I have had many dates like this and enjoy it once you are comfortable with the person.
