well, my wife and i hooked up at a bar and had drunken sex about 30 minutes after we met. that was 18 years ago this summer.
on the flip side, i have had drunken sex with other women that i don't even remember their names.
there is always a chance for a relationship, but DO NOT pressure him into one just because you already gave it up to him. if it is meant to be, then it will be. if not, then move on and look at it as a fun night.

Why in the world should a guy have any respect for a chick who lets him in her panties within hours of meeting him? The best you can probably hope for is that he'll keep your cell # and call ya up for an occasional booty call once in awhile. So deal with it, you acted like a skank and he's most likely going to think of you as one.
Anything is possible, really. If you find you like each other when you mee and are sober, without the prospect of immediate sex, then it's entirely possible. However, it may be a little awkward at first, until you actually get to know each other a little beyond your prior encounter.

Assertiveness is merely standing up for your rights and not letting people take advantage of you. Bullying is maliciously taking advantage of someone or intimidating them just because you are in a stronger position, be it physically, emotionally, or socio-economically.
Personally, I abhor bullies. They are my pet peeve in life. The last time I went to jail was back in 2002 bacause I threw a bully threw a plate glass window on a public street because he was slapping his girlfriend around.
I'd do it again in a heartbeat, and am in fact always on the lookout to put a bully in his place. (Or on his back! LOL).

You thought right. This guy has no respect for you. Move on and don't mix drinking and sex. Not with someone you don't know. If you want a fling then drunk sex is right. If you want a relationship, no drunk sex. And don't feel stupid, it happens to most of us, just learn from it and promise not to do it again.

Most if not all drunken hook ups are just that. I've had many in my day and they were just that. Hook ups. But there is a possible but very slim of having a relationship after that.
