Ok I will bite...

this was our 3rd date.

on our 2nd date, she was less than enthusiastic... I chalked it up to being tired and I let it slide.

on our 3rd date, she was again less than enthusiastic. much less than even the last time we saw each other, and despite my best efforts to lighten things up...it still wasnt fun.

And I showered, shaved, and dressed nicely.

are you still saying that I am impatient?

Maybe she was the playa in the circumstance! She might have just been showing up for free food :-). Either that, or maybe she's just not that fun of a person!

He he he your so funny DC! And yes I figured you were a bit complex. yet that makes you unique. I'm not tooting my own horn, ok! Actually I'm saying I get the short end of the stick. Since guys interpret my whimsical or quirky personality to be to "out there" for them and they end up not giving me the chance. So this was an example of how some do not give others the time to grow on them. Makes matters more complicated, that I gravitate towards the preppie guys. Sometimes DC when you let things flow naturally a relationship will develop without you even realizing it. When things are "forced" they usually never pan out the way we would like them to.

I am curious, did you ask her out again? Am wondering if she's so miserable going out with you, why does she keep saying yes?

DC, sorry your date didn't go well. I thought it was nice of you to give her another chance after the previous date. Have you found your wingman yet? How's the trolling going? Is there any kayaking club in the DC area where you might meet a woman with common interests? or somebody at work?

I'm gonna kidnap DC and take him to the Arundel Mills Medieval Times.

..you don't know what a good date is, until you have had your dinner handed to you on a spear, from a pit, on a suit of armor... wearing a horsie!!!!

or something like that...
