Maybe ask your crush friend if he would like to be in charge of the BBQ grill (do the grilling) ?

If there are biological reasons that prevent you from asking a guy out, taking the initiative, contributing to dating expenses, and so on then I guess there are biological reasons to have you be in charge of doing house chores while he’s watching tv or reading the newspaper, right?

I have my own house... so I only do chores for me, but when I was married yes, I did not have any problems with that, but my ex was very anal about cleaning too...

So you truly believe in traditions I guess. He takes you out for dinner/wine, open your door, pull your chair, pay for your things, etc. And you take care of doing his laundry, ironing his clothes, cooking, washing his dishes, etc. Cool! Hes being a traditional man, youre being a traditional woman. Whatever works for you.

When I was married my husband helped a lot and still was a gentleman but I don't mind to clean and keep house. Single and married is the same. You still have to clean.
