Well, since I'm not religious and I think sexual compatibility is important - I'd move on. However, I'm not the one in that situation. You have to do what you think is right for you.
Still willing to be friends and all that, but it's not likely I will be as romantically interested in her as I could be.
Besides, saving oneself for marriage is usually a behaviour associated with religious/spiritual beliefs, and I am not religious. It's an indicator that we may have some glaring incompatabilities.
Tell them, "Have a nice day!" and politely leave, never to have affiliations with them ever again and wishing them all the best in their various endeavors in life on my way out the door as they are obviously not the woman for me...
