I mean, I'mma frog, and I've sprung all the time.

As a male frog, all I have to do is look at another lady frog and I get sprung, especially since it's spring!!

That wouldn't make me "uptight" dude. Uninformed perhaps, but certainly not uptight. I googled the word, and came up with a movie made in 1997...looks like it might be a hip-hop term. I'm not into hip-hop culture or the slang.
