Thanks again. I am not going to keep talking about this on CD, because CD is an escape...and we all need one. But if you can send help, send it to the little poor towns that get overlooked. Tuscaloosa and Birmingham will receive aid and publicity, but towns like Arab, Cullman, Eutaw, and Hackleburg are tiny, poor and they have been hit really hard. Remember them if you can. There are small towns throughout the path of the tornado, and all of them are begging for help. Thanks everyone...have a good day.
Georgia darlin', i'm mighty happy you & your loved ones are safe.
I have some Navy brothers & sisters & friends who live in some of these southern states.
I'm praying for all the folks there.
The convenience is unrivaled but I prefer my french press. I think the coffee tastes better and I enjoy foreplay.
It's not about the convenience, I just love the taste of that coffee. It comes out so hot and rich, it's really enjoyable. However, if you had already tried it and decided that you don't like the taste, then I understand.
Hmm... they're not dumb... or at least their advisors are not... Social engineering is pretty complex.
Nah, simple math, observe:
1 heaping propaganda + 1 continuous dose social paranoia + 1 eagerly awaiting media outlet = 300 million dumbed down people.
(I tried to bold the 3 for effect, wouldn't work)

You're right. Everything's been said and it's not going to change anything... It's horrible... Good to see you back, Belle!

Yeah, but envisioning all this, putting it together, promoting it, finding support, etc. takes quite the master evil mind...
If today is honesty day, then, honestly I think people worry about things that don't really matter. To all the wonderful friends who have been worried about me, I am fine and thanks. My beloved Tuscaloosa, I went to UA, is not fine. It looks like a war zone. I left after posting that morning and drove up. I had to go in the back way, but I got there after a long, long wait in traffic. I found the family member I was looking for and brought him home. If I could tell you what it was like, I would, but I don't think I can. I know those kids and people who went through this disaster will never be the same. Many of them were just walking around with a lost look. Many have lost everything. The university is not making them take their finals...a lot of the areas that provided student housing are gone. Over 400 people are still missing, 990 were injured, and 42 were confirmed dead. These figures are as of yesterday. I am sure the confirmed dead will rise as the cadaver dogs find more bodies. Some small towns near Tuscaloosa and Birmingham have been flattened. The figures I mentioned were just in Tuscaloosa. The storm killed over 300, as of yesterday. If you are spiritual, Alabama and the Southern areas affected need your prayers. If not, we need your thoughts. The stories of tragedy are many, but the stories of survival are many too. To hear the kids talk about hearing screams, the tornado destroying everything around them, people running to nowhere, and they are huddled in bathtubs, hallways, and basements is unreal. Thanks again to everyone who cares.
Thanks for the update Belle. I'm glad you're doing fine and not counted among the casualties.
Georgianbelle, your post gave me chills. I'm so sorry. I'll keep all of you in my thoughts, and we'll do what we can to help. Very sad.
