Just curious, where did you meet your spouse/partner?
Various places. I met my current gf through a mutual friend. My exwife I met at a work conference. A sampling of others... met camping, met in school, others through work, friends, social groups.
We officially met in person in an airport baggage claim area after we'd formed an online friendship over the course of about a year of posting on a messageboard that I moderated.
Met both my ex and my current (28 years married) in the same church.
The first one was 'everyone's darling' - and a lazy good-for-nothing who wanted me to work AND breed children for him while he went to church and promenaded his virtue and leadership. He later was caught red-handed stealing from church members' homes and the collection...
The second was the church's 'bad boy' dragged there by his mom, who went into the USAF and became a firefighter/paramedic, and who believed in supporting his family. A great dad and good husband, who adopted my sons from the first marriage because the first one wouldn't pay child support.
i meet my wife in a local irish pub in Chicago when i was in the military ..I would go there for lunch because no military personal went to it and i could set back and relax and have a drink and get something to eat at good price for a drink and a meal
the lady i'm dateing now was through a person who we both knew for a long time and i need a lawyer for paperwork and my friend call her and it went from there with out first meeting ..
I met my husband on a national tour that we were both on. He's a stagehand and I'm a performer.
