But I'm not flirting with a bunch of guys, since that's all I work with.
So I have to supplement my flirting with a bunch of cursing at certain people I work with. Helps the time go by faster, and they're so kind as to do the same back to me.

I do some of the same as far as flirting with a smile and a wink, no tongue though. If your in your 30s and hes in his 40s thats not much of a diifference. If its within regs at work and you are intersted go for it?
Stop it in the bud. Tell him you do not appreciate the "adult child" in him and that you prefer a mature and safe work relationship, that's all.
He'll deny any attraction, then slowly fade away and you'll be back where you were, none the worse for the experience. Allow it to advance and it'll be a steamroller. Just my opinion. Be strong. Good luck.
