Why do some guys lack dating confidence? (women, single, clubs)

confidence is built and reinforced by experience. I could say I feel confident about shooting a gun accurately, but if ive never shot a gun before thats false confidence. You build dating confidence when u have had some success in dating and u can be reasonable sure that u can have similar experiences again in the future.

btw wrightee i just want to tell you that you may think your confident and all that. But i doubt many confident people go on to a forum talking about their confidence and how they never had a date.... That sounds kind of deluded. Its like hearing someone talk about how they would be a great nba player but theyve never played a game of bball.

Some advice to you is, since you feel up for it, id recommend you to go on some dates, but you should take it as a learning experience rather then a, im confident so im changing nothing experience.

I think there is some confusion between believing in ones self vs being confident. If I never drove a car before, I could say I believe that I can do it, therefore I believe in myself, its not the same as saying im a confident driver, because i've never driven a car.

what have i done that warrants being called a troll? Society says that confidence is key in life, I am just thinking and stating that I have what it takes to get a date.
