My first drink was rum! None of that pansy-ass wine cooler crap for me!
And as far as wine with food goes, I always have a glass when cooking...and it's always best on an empty stomach! A little 5 o'clock buzz is a good thing!
Mine was pretty hardcore rum also. Then a ton of smirnoff, though I can't remember what alcohol it was since I was sh*t faced plowed in no time.

I didn't get too sh/t faced...I think I was 13
It was at my friends confirmation party...she snuck off with the bottle. I do remember tripping up my front stairs and hoping my mother couldn't tell.

There was one brand of wine cooler that would give me a serious case of heartburn only after one. Sun Country?
My parents have been divorced for 25 years now. They live in the same town. Recently, they had huge lightening/thunderstorms and rain. My dad said his house was hit because he felt it, the TV went crazy, etc. I'm telling my mom this and she calls my dad to nag him about shutting the tube off during a storm and to hide in the closet. Then she calls me, then him, then me again.

lol you only got a little tipsy!
I was like 15 when I boozed it up for the first time. I got hammered drunk at a friends house. Her parents were gone and she invited me over and had a full liquor cabinet.
I had a pretty entertaining evening, from what I can remember at least.

What did Julia Child say? "One for the pot, one for the cook." Something like that.

Are they sure they don't want to get back together?

That is why, when I divorced, I switched phone numbers. That is why when her mother called me a year ago I made is clear I didn't want to speak with her or any of her family members, ever.
The ex is a slow learner, she emails me, much to my annoyance.
Just confirmed that his child has been born now. She went into labor last night at around 10 I believe, and he was born sometime around now.
What is her name?
