Well I would need an eye doctor appointment, then I'd need to go to it, then I'd need to wait for them to make my lenses or whatever. I have absolutely horrible vision (I think like -3.50) so I can't go for long periods without glasses. In fact these lenses aren't my actual prescription, they're slightly off (weaker in power but stronger in astigmatism, or something like that) but they'll do until tomorrow or the day after when the shop gets my real lenses in.

Speaking of which I need to make an appointment before my lenses run out. BTW my right eye is that, so contacts are not out of the question.
I'd settle for finding a good $5 scratch-off ticket, but even that seems to be out of reach these days.
I have a pair of 'script glasses that I had made back in '93 - don't even wear them anymore since I don't drive. But I put them on the other day and felt like Tim Leary on a bad trip.
