I got to head over to the pet peeves thread. I went and used an atm that wasn't my bank. They charged me 3 bucks and not to mention how my own bank is gonna ram me....

I had a $200 bill from my attorney, I was happy to pay that. It was money very well spent.
Her attorney alone was more than a 100 times that. Part of that is my doing though, I forced the money and assets to go into trust where she gets a monthly payout and my brother in law administers it. He can make payments for medical and other basic needs at his discretion. Otherwise it would have all likely been gone already. This is where the lions share of the fees got spent, she fought that tooth an nail. I had been hoping to get the money for her attorney to come out of her end or community assets but the judge disagreed. He said the money would be unrecoverable to her but not so for me.
