Being irresponsible does not discriminate, it happens to all races, cultures, financial leagues. Hell, look at Bristol Palin trying to glamorize it, Jaime Lynn Spears. It's an unfortunate situation that is not going away, and needs to be addressed- educating kids, all kids, in all types of neighborhoods.
