Don't be surprised if 2 weeks later a guy out of the blue shows up and introducing himself as the fish cleaner. it takes them a long time to realize things.
Did that already, I can't approach him because like I said he is always busy taking orders or cleaning fish and can get fired if he tried to approach me, I would have to wait until his shift is over to talk to him which I don't know when that is.....
Verbalization of some sort would be good. He's got to hear your voice. He may be too busy to notice you if you just stare at him silently. But do be sure to smile at him.

Seriously? Lot's of eye contact and flirting with him. Unless he is a re-knob, he will take the hint. Start talking to him about things that interest him. If he owns a nice ride, ask him about it. What are his hobbies and when does he do them. Last and most important. Say....."can I call you?" Then DO IT!

Why not just go and slip him your phone number? Wink at him when you do it. I don't care how caveman dumb he is, he will pick up on that sign of interest, and it's not like you can stand and talk to him while he's working unless you can think of some good questions to ask about fish.
