The 2 guys I know that have been in this situation married the first piece of ass they got. Players are guys who are comfortable with women and who are confident. At 20 and never been kissed, a guy is far from being comfortable or confident for that matter. And confidence isn't going to come from one woman. Bet on them falling in love before being players.
That happened to me. I got married at 21. Worst mistake of my life. She ended up cheating and leaving. To the OP there are so many women out there, you have to study the game, study women and you will be successful.
I teach grad school in Southern California. My students are generally between 22-25 years old and I have male virgins as students. I know because they tell me so.
It's not that uncommon to be a virgin at 20, regardless of gender. There are tens of millions of people in their 20's who have never had sex.

Another thing I am worried about is my ethnic background. I am a South Asian male and I think that will limit my success with the ladies. I just don't know if I will ever be able to do as well with the ladies as a Black or White guy......
Yep! Asian guys are awesome! Not dissing other races but Asian guys IMO are really hot!
