I have heard such words, but it is not the same as the term "womanizer."
The way I see it, a man who has casual sex with a lot of women (a womanizer), is not any worst than the women having sex with this man. All these women do is to have sex with this guy, and the next date, and the next date...just like the so called "womanizer" is doing. But I do agree with all who have said that if the man is committed to a woman, and having sex with other women, then perhaps the term "womanizer" applies. That said, my point is that we have created the term "womanizer" to put men down, while ignoring the fact that a lot of women do exactly the same thing, some through a lifetime.
You said women are never called anything if they do what a womanizer does. Well, women are called those words and worse if they even do half of what a womanizer does.

The girls he sleeps with are the girl next door, the bookworm, the party animal, the young professional... they are only sleeping with him because of him, not because of them and should not be lumped in a category together.
Many men like women. Some men are successful with women. Some men are not, no matter how hard they try.
The word "womanizer' is a negative slur in America, as if liking (and being successful with) women is a bad thing. Why is this?
Maybe it's envy by the crude, emotionally insecure, passionless knuckleheads.
Maybe its a convenient deception to say a man is 'successful' with women , when what he means to say is : Hes had very good luck at exploiting women for sex , has climbed up the sexual hedonist ladder and has acquired the Medal of Moral Disgrace , and is a rampant egotistical Beast that uses Women for a temporary copulation then discards them like used food wrapers and brags to other like minded sexual Perranahs how 'successful' that is (but isnt in reality) .
The same can be said of many women today. , to their shame as well.

Hmmm. My perception of a womanizer is slightly different. It's colored by what I saw play out in front of me as a child with regards to my womanizing father.
My father was too handsome for his own good. He had that "swagger" and manner about him that many women found irresistible. Women fawned over him.
My father didn't seek out women to exploit as far as I know. I saw women flirting and offering themselves to him on a platter. My father was weak and had a hard time saying no. I'm not blaming the women (well, maybe a little bit) but again, I don't think my father intended to exploit women. He was just a man who had a lot of opportunity and an inability to turn it down.

Womanizers are successful with women. The losers are envious.
But, the losers will not ponder themselves, they will heap dirt on womanizers.
And yes, of course, so will those whose minds are held in the chains of religion.

There's nothing wrong with being a womanizer, let's stop using that term.
There's nothing wrong with being a man and having certain needs that need to be met. There are so many men who are afraid to acknowledge this because they're afraid of what a woman thinks, when in reality what she thinks is really irrelevant (when it comes to being a man).
If you have some game then why not bang away? (you'll learn a great deal in the process). There are lot of cats who sulk, and like to act like victims when they have plenty of chances to get some play. This comes down to more than just women, but opportunities in life whether it be to travel or gain some new experiences. Don't hate your fellow brother just because he's getting some play, find a mentor/father figure..someone with testosterone.
