Players are easy to figure out.

1. Usually brag around their boys about the girls they got, and the digits, and "Oh, I gotta' get that."

2. Try to be overly smooth, and are overly concerned with pop culture.

3. Something about them seems fake. If their character comes off like someone you have seen on a tv show, or at least the half-assed version, you might be getting worked...you probably are.

4. Usually, they have no honest passions and are not perfectionists. Most of the time they just get involved in what makes them look cool.

5. Are they pushy? If they come off like a pushy salesman, you are the target of being railroaded.

I knew some girl who didn't seem to like me much. She preferred this motor mouth kid who tried to act like a white Prince of Bel-Air. She got all the details of her sexual encounter dropped on every guy in the neighborhood. He came off sweet, and I guess I came off like a wreckless caveman in comparison.
