I would be VERY careful if I were you.

Unfortunately it's her word against yours, and she can make up any little tid bit she so desires...and so can her parents.

Default Went out on a date with a 15 year old girl

''So what is the difference between a 15 and a 25 year old?''

In some states 20 years. Statutory Rape, being labled a pedophile,
being raped in prison by guys named Bubba and Jamall, probably eternal Hell.

Hope you like prison. Or the business end of a shotgun wielded by Daddy-O. And if that were my 16-year-old you were taking to a Mexican restaurant, why I'd get rather efficient with a tire iron.

I don't care what she looks like. A 15-year-old is in no way an adult, even if she manages to parrot the things an adult says. And if she is indeed a 15-year-old with that kind of experience in the business of love and sex, then she has some parents who are asleep at the switch and probably some long-term emotional problems in store for her. And if things progress, you will be contributing to those problems. God help you if you somehow manage to coax her into the sack and then leave her, because your life won't be worth a plug nickel inside of 48 hours.

I mean, Jesus On A Minibike, are you so pathetic and desperate that you need to prey on high school sophomores? Lose her number and put a big, fat ban on e-mails from here. Because you are asking for nothing but serious, serious trouble--and that's just before the sentencing hearing. The boys in Cell Block D don't take kindly to men who sleep with underage girls.

Her parents seemed like decent people. I accidentally asked her out in front of her mother. Her mother moved on to let us be alone and so that her daughter could make the decision, it appeared. So idk.

I think you're in a long line of reforms.
Let's see Pete Rose has to get in...
But for that to happen Shoeless has to get in..
Then Rodger and Barry can get in...
Then the Mormons are in line behind them wanting the right to marry 5 wives, god only knows why..
...
....
...
Heck you're somewhere around the block in line with NAMBLA!

But the problem with that is if/when you break her daughters heart or wrong her, mama isn't going to be all keen on you anymore.

Witness my comment, "Her parents must be asleep at the switch."
