Yes, but that is even rarer than multiple orgasms...and I'd be curious to read more about it if you have a source.

It says on the bottle, if your erection lasts more then 4 hours call your doctor.

SO, I asked my doctor [cute little Indian girl] WHAT are you gonna do if I call? She said [and I QUOTE] "Damned if I know, maybe run right over and give you a blow-job?"

I really hated when she retired to have kids

Alas, Google is not as forthright about this as it is for "orgasm without ejaculating," but I've seen it myself.

Staying erect after orgasm & more - AskMen

Googling various terminology ("stay hard after coming") will yield some interesting results, but I think it's against TOS to link to other message boards here. Suffice to say that on POF, some men accused others of lying about their ability to have multiples or stay erect, and on SteadyHealth there is an old thread where a woman was actually worried about this "problem" in her husband.

Also, things like Viagra and Cialis can contribute to that. I don't have direct experience with that, but it makes sense that men have reported it if there are warnings about four-hour erections requiring medical care.

Pharmaceutical assistance aside, it has to do with avoiding the refractory period. There are men who take a while to go back down after ejaculation, which provides a window wherein further stimulation will keep them going. Or, if it has been after a dry spell, it's possible to skip the plateau stage. "Hi kthnx now let's have teh real sexing."

It can also depend on what kind of stimulation prompted the first one. If it was rough or prolonged, well, hey, the guy might be spent. They get sore, too. Ladies might think about how their clitoris feels after a lot of vigorous attention. Same thing for the penis because it's basically the same tissue.

If you think about it, what works for the clitoris can work for the penis. There are different molecular events for maintaining a man's hydraulics in the blood vessels, which is the point of Viagra (which is not hormonal, but chemical), but in terms of sensitivity and what feels good vs. what hurts, the nerves are pretty much the same.

Well, very interesting. I have heard about staying erect after ejaculation but I also heard that it's very rare and I had never witnessed it myself. However, if we compare it to clitoris, seems to me that it's possible, because it could stay swollen even after an orgasm.

It probably is rare among adults, but I'm guessing that if the gents here think back to their puberty and early adolescence, many of them can say that they've experienced it at least once--maybe inconveniently so!

"Johnny? What are you doing in there?"

Maybe I'm missing something here, but a man can have an O and not ejaculate..... if the tanks are empty..... not a big deal.... you could be on the third of fourth run for the day.

Bravo! (I'd rep you if I could.)

I hate to write about sex on this board, but this is important. On the face of it, it seems very odd that the women participating in this thread know more about male orgasms than do the men, but most of us men only know about our own, while women can often draw from their experiences with a few to several different partners. With that in mind, it makes perfectly good sense.

Yes, with the right techniques, men can have multiple orgasms just like women can, one right after the other numerous times without any ejaculations. It's all in the mind.

Wrong young Grasshopper. A male's orgasm normally brings on ejaculation, but it needn't. Furthermore, orgasms can be stronger, full-bodied as women's usually are, and last longer without ejaculation, as ejaculation puts a sudden halt to orgasms. It's not a matter of interrupting the onset of the orgasm but of redirecting it with your mind. The beauty of that is that males can then easily have a dozen mind-blowing orgasms in the span of an hour and THEN culminate it with ejaculation.

Having sex a half dozen times during the evening is not having multiple orgasms. Multiples is having a half dozen or so orgasms in the span of a few minutes, whether you're talking about men or women.

I know that most men reading this will scoff at it, just as I would have at one time, but it's true. Males can have multiple, full-bodied orgasms just like women can. It's not a muscle control issue; it's mind control.

LOL This is my first post in this section, but am i reading correctly? Are the ladies here telling us men what orgasm is to us? It also seems as if we have a new specie of men....the ones who can orgasm without ejaculation.

You CANNOT, as a male have an orgasm without ejaculation. NO WAY NO HOW. The feeling you get leading up to the BIG BURST is part of the orgasm. You could probably call it the BUILD UP. Orgasm to men is ejaculation.

I really cant believe some guys here saying they can have an orgasm without ejaculation.

Well, there is a least one man on this forum who would disagree with you and at least couple that I know personally and had seen this myself. So even though YOU don't know how to orgasm without ejaculation doesn't mean that it's not possible.
