I saw a therapist because I had anxiety attacks....don't have them anymore, that was over 2 years ago.

Your approach to emailing someone has no bearing on the mental health of who you end up with. I took the "C-D Forum Advised Approach" to find my last gf and she ended up a loon that I didn't realize until 5 months later. So much for your theory.

At least this way I get to communicate and go out on dates, loons or not, it's better than wasting more time and effort and getting zero dates.
