Anyway. Good thing I didn't bring anybody down. I gotta get ready for an event now. Please continue the positive talk.

This is, of course, caused by people. People hurting people.
Of course it's true that this is caused by people. I could spend all night listing the injustices of the world. But focusing solely on negative events like this to the exclusion of the good things in life can really mess you up.

I know. From personal experience.

Do what you can for those less fortunate, do what you must against those more evil.

When I was a poor kid I used to make my ex and I this dinner we termed "mush". I'd get canned potato, canned peas, whatever was cheap. I'd load it up with margin and garlic powder. We loved it! Tonight I'm making the upgraded version since we need to go food shopping! I sauteed garlic in olive, threw in a thinly sliced orange bell pepper, choppped up what could be saved from the green beans I had in the fridge, and sauteed/chopped two black bean burgers. I cooked space noodles on the side and will combine it all together for some good old fashion mush.

Option C: Melt hand crafted chocolate on her.

One of Mrs. Chow's brothers has been in ICU again this week. He has a debilitative disease, and apparently came close to dying a couple of times.

Sucks.

Sucks.
Sorry, Chow. That's the worst.
