That scene is reminiscent of "7 brothers for 7 brides" where the women were bundled and carried away cave man like... Well at least he brought a portable lounging chair for me to sit on... Thanks for putting up with me all these years....is his mantra when confronted.
Plus I didn't do them very fast. I held the crunch for 10 seconds before releasing.
Not to dissuade you from your workouts, but I feel I should mention this. A while back, I heard or read somewhere that crunches don't actually do anything to slim the body. And that they actually where expanding the length of the waist somehow..

Agree...great for core support along with back workouts but you won't see a 6-pack from crunches.
But....doesn't hurt to do them either....okay well maybe it hurts but it won't harm
I went running this morning and wiped out on the side walk. I know I looked like superman diving to the ground. Thankfully I only skinned my hands and knee...no pain, no gain right? LOL

I am too lazy for running. Everything jumping up and down. Sometimes I think even my organs inside my body are moving, lol. I do like watching those work-out videos where people are dancing and sweating. That used to get me going every time. How long/far do you run? Do you go to a park, military base, gym, or take to the streets?
