It was meant to be a joke...you know those who can't handle strong drinks?

btw - I tried to befriend you awhile ago...and the icon shows that we already are? I don't remember.

I had no idea there was so much variety in liquors. The most drinking I did was in college and we mostly had 'shine. I got my first taste of sloe gin but mostly I didn't like the taste of the alcohol. So we went to our second rum-tasting - this time on St. Lucia and I'm hooked. I hate the strong stuff - again, alcohol is all I taste plus it burns all the way down and keeps on burning - yuck!

But the banana and coconut rum liquors - oh, keep me away. They are going to be really nice one night when we are staying home. But my favorite drove me nutty: Nutz 'n Rum. I am thinking over ice cream. Woo. I'm becoming an alky! Next thing you know, I'll have a drink every month!

Hubby laughed when I got quite tipsy at the repeat cruisers cocktail hour - they gave me 3 tiny little melon-tasting green things and I wound up asleep at 8 pm! But dayum, if I didn't wake up at 4 and attack the sleeping man next to me.

When the weather is nice, we love going to Jardines by San Juan Bautista,CA, sitting outside in their beautiful gardens (see photos), sipping on a pitcher of Strawberry Margarita's..YUM.

Jardines de San Juan | San Juan Bautista - Ca (http://jardinesrestaurant.com/index.html - broken link)

Live music outside on the weekends.

Nachos & salsa are served free with your drinks.

Gardens smell sooo good.

Delicous food.
