Yeah, sad huh? We were going to head to the mountains for Thanksgiving but we just don't want to spend the money, his job is teetering. Company is for sale and we don't know what is going to come of it.

January is a girls weekend...heading to the mountains for a 10K race and then we have the rest of the weekend to do what we want. Should be a lot of fun!

I might go away by myself for a weekend in March for my birthday but that's pretty far away too. There's an 8K night race in Beaufort SC followed by an oyster roast. There's a B&B I've been wanting to stay in down there so I figured I could make a weekend of it. Might see if one of my friends wants to go.
The "Oyster Roast 8k"; now that would be an interesting event.

I haven't been this cranky in a long time. Just getting away from work has helped a lot, now, I only have a simmering rage......

This weather around here has been extra strange, 99 degrees a couple of days ago, right now I'm looking out the window and fog is rolling in. WTF???

Armageddon perhaps???
