Okay. I don't see how she blew you off if she already had plans, but you were there, not me. She could have said, " ... but I'm free tonight," but not doing so isn't really blowing you off. It does leave you in an awkward place, though.

Right. I don't even know what to do next - do I try to ask her for coffee next time I see her and get her number, or just forget it and move on?
There is a girl I've known as acquiantnces for about 6 months. She is fun, very smart, and very pretty.
I met her at a party in Feb-ish, and she approached me, and we flirted. Saw her campus bars, flirted then, as well.
Now, I only see her around school, because I don't frequent bars as much. Last time I heard, in May, she had a boyfriend.
I want to ask this girl out for coffee, but I'm having a few reservations.
-As part of her campus job, she comes to MY campus job a lot, while I am there. If I asked her out and she declined, itd be pretty awkward whenever she came by.
-I cant tell if she's just a nice, bubbly person all around, or just to me.
-My best guy friend wants to get together with her, too.
-I don't know if she still has a boyfriend or not.
What do you guys think?
