I think from your pictures you are an above average looking guy and are pretty well dressed and groomed. And you are white. Not overweight or handicapped, or really short (as far as I can tell from the pics). So, I'd guess...
1) You are posting some other person's pictures or you are troll.
2) There's something extreme with your personality. Either you are like extreme frat broy Siffler type or social anxiety shy type or Star Trekkie geeky, the list goes on.
But the point is, you should be able to get laid without having much of a personality based on the pics. If those really are pics of you, then I'd say get male friends to critique your game.

hahah...well the pics are mine....and I think my personality is fine...I mean....people say that I am very responsible, mature and calm....but i don't know...I am not a "nice guy" but definitely not a " bad boy"...
you completely missed the crucial social development stage ppl are supposed to have in high school and college. don't believe what these other guys say, it wont be as easy as they're making it out to be. if it hasn't happened yet its not going to happen unless you make RADICAL changes in yer personality/approach/etc. it's nearly impossible to develop these skills at yor age.
why havent you're bros tried to hook you up with any girls? they dont sound like very good bros.
my advice would be to pick out your favorite porn star, find out the agency she escorts thru, and pay for her services, ask her to bring another porn star friend along as well. since you're in LA you prolly wont have to travel. i know many will disagree with this advice but w/e i dont care. sh*t will be epic. do it. DO IT

-Are you actually asking these women out, or just standing around hoping they'll take the initiative? Men are generally expected to pursue, shy or not. Lack of actually taking the plunge and asking a woman out sends the message of, "I'm not really that interested in you."
-Are you meeting them in a bar/club (where the odds are only in your favor if you're an alpha male in the top 10-15%) or someplace more substantial?

Yes....for the last 5 or 6 years I did approach a lot of women in high school, bars, nightclubs, parties,malls,stores, coffee shops, and now college....I still go to clubs once a week on average...
you could say that I approached over 200 women so far...
