Force of any kind is abuse. Withholding is misuse. Criticizing one's performance is just plain ignorant.

2 and 4?

Instance 2 when taken to the extreme could be a case of verbal abuse, I guess, but not sexual abuse.

#2 and #4, I'd categorize as mental and/or emotional abuse.

Is this a real question? You really don't know the answers already?

Being critical of a partners performance is not smart and can be mean, but it is NOT sexual abuse.

Denying a partner sex is also not smart and can be mean and manipulative, but it is NOT sexual abuse.

Your "poll" didn't allow for choosing more than one answer, so I could not participate.

You can't really vote in this poll because you can only vote for one choice - and there are two correct options, in my opinion.

Actually, according to the sheriff's office, Pasco County, Florida, the only correct answer is 5. All four of the first 4 choices come under the heading of sexual abuse.

Domestic Violence

And, it comes under the heading of domestic violence.

That could just be because they have to do with the general topic of sex.
