I would do it if I were dissatisfied with something. I am pretty happy with things as they are though, so do not feel the need.

In response to an earlier poster, sure, it is unnatural. So is flying, riding in a car, eating strawberries in December and taking antibiotics. I am fine with all of those, why not with surgery of some sort?

Drop the Finasteride, unless you want to be robbed of all your male characteristics due to lack of DHT.

Hair transplants look ridiculous. That is a small step above wearing a rug.

Shave your head and pump iron. That is the only cure for male pattern baldness, and there isn't a chick on this planet who doesn't like that look.

I'd only consider it if I had a deformity or injury requiring reconstruction, or if the surgery had a significant positive impact on my health, mobility, or longevity. What other people choose is up to them. I certainly know people whose appearance has been improved by cosmetic/plastic surgery, and they usually seem happy with it.

Of course, all surgery has risks, and I choose to avoid unnecessary risks whenever possible

No. Im a guy and I would NOT have elective surgery to enhance my physical appearance. I'd rather enhance it by exercising and eating right.

How many guys would "enhance" their physical appearance using these? I guess they don't technically count as surgery!

Thankfully this isn't something I need but if I did, I would try penis exercise or pumps before I let some dude loose with a knife between my legs.

Even though I laugh when I see sites like that, I can't say I wouldn't try one of those things if I were abnormally small. I'm a solid average though and I've never had any complaints -- and not being overly large like 8 or 9 inches allows me to pound away on most chicks without causing too much pain. Average is where it's at!

I say yes because I have seen what having a baby can do. Can't always fix that with diet and exercise. I don't know if I would do anything to my face ever though. I don't think that is worth the risk. Natural age on a face doesn't look bad to me either. I wouldnt want lipo at all. But a body lift after a baby if needed would be nice. I love those before and after photos. Its amazing what some doctors can do.
