How would you feel about an anonymous contact about your girlfriend? Who do you believe? How do you know that the two of them didn't already discuss the issue?

It goes both ways.

Please don't make stupid assumptions about what I would feel/say/post if you're too lazy to actually see what that might be.
It is entirely possible that the boyfriend involved here has seen the forum post. More than likely, he has not, and we probably would never know if he did anyway.

Anonymous contact concerning a girlfriend (if I had one at the moment) would interest me. I would most likely believe girlfriend, however, in order to do that I would have to ask her about it- so it definitely would come up. And I definitely would not know if "concerned friend" and "Jordan's Girlfriend" spoke, as that would require one of them to tell me about it.

But of course, there was "no harm, no foul" here, since it's not like they were married or engaged, right? Only just committed enough to live together for a while? Maybe hang out together and order pizza and watch a movie?

I don't think an anonymous letter will accomplish much if the cheating was a one time thing or the cheating is over. The only way this would work is if the person being cheated on caught the cheater in the act. Otherwise the girlfriend is going to claim that someone is jealous of her relationship and they aren't even brave enough to leave a name. So the boyfriend will agree that someone is just jealous and then throw the letter away.

Everyone's saying "they won't believe you" or "they'll be mad you told them' etc etc but you should still give them the CHOICE. If they never know, they don't have a choice to stay with them or leave based on that info. If your friend is mad at you for telling them, then they aren't very trust worthy themselves.

The OP said nothing of the sort:

Been seeing friends and friends of friends being proposed to from some really great guys and these guys have no idea their woman has cheated on them or been doing them dirty.

My heart literally sinks seeing the FB pictures and updates because these guys are literally so good to these girls and I wonder if the whole world knows what's going on but doesn't say anything.

I cannot lie and say I'm not tempted to send an anonymous letter, because I just feel SO guilty that these great guys are really being screwed over, but I know it's none of my business.

Depressing.
Talk about reading into stuff.
What's he going to do now, stalk her?
It's none of his business.

Anonymity, I'd throw the letter/note away and figure out what weasel sent the mail and dump them.
