He has had the chain as long as I have known him and he only wore it the first few months we were together.
The HS ring was one that I bought because we thought I lost his first one. Turned out we found it 6 months later when he was cleaning out his car...so I got rid of one of them.
I have a few pieces of gold. A bracelet my very first boyfriend gave me, a few airs of earrings from my husband, a bracelet I got for college graduation..etc. Not sure if I'm wanting to part with though.
Not one for wearing jewelry, watch, ring (sometimes), that's it
Thank you so much! You know, Ann Curry is half japanese - just like me!
I wish we could find my husband's first wedding ring and get money for the second one! He lost it during the first year or so of our marriage when he went wake boarding and it fell off in a lake. Both rings are thick and platinum. We spent almost as much money on his two rings as on my engagement ring!
Then again - I don't think I would get rid of the second one because I had it engraved with #2 inside - and I think that's funny.
LOL, so is he getting a #3?
Gold is actually worth more than platinum right now, about $200 an ounce more. I've considered having my rings reset in platinum for that reason alone!
Come on down to Raleigh...we can head across the street to Raleigh Times Bar afterwards. I'm not a beer drinker but they have LOTS of beer...lol
Lots of beer eh? I'm not a big time beer drinker either, I like a beer after a long week and settling down for the weekend, but yeah I'd totally try a few beers.
But that means I have to walk all the way acrossed the street after I ate!
I love Lucky, never had a bad meal there. My special occasion favorite is Table 16, fantastic!
And speaking of dinner.............
We had leftovers. Easy Peasy.
