Gotcha...I prefer pavement and fresh air

Actually I really prefer trails but I can't do those in the dark and I don't like going alone.

I Don't mind jogging when it's warm out in the evening, or taking a long walk. Warm breeze hitting ya and a nice sunset. It's refreshing.

So now I know that I'm not going to do 100 sit ups every day lol. Stomach is in pain!

It would take me a bit, but I could do that lol. I need to get in the gym so I can jog 4 nights a week again.

I work in a recycling yard, heavy lifting is part of the job, but not cardio lol.
