I know I can't complain about weather too much, being in So Cal and all.

But damn, it sure has been getting chilly faster then usual around here.

I got up this morning and it was in the 40's...... cool for us.

We're doing grilled chicken, steamed green beans and salt potatoes. Easy as it gets.

Actually, just changed my mind. Instead of salt potatoes I'm doing smashed potatoes...have some sour cream in there that I need to use up.

J/K, sounds pretty good actually..... we just call that a meat a veg dinner... standard stuff a couple days of the week.

This will be a buzzkill of biblical proportions: That sounds like something my mom does, she will cook dinner around whatever needs to be used up in the fridge.
