Well I haven't been going every morning lately...out late, running partner hasn't been able to, weather...etc.

He got me stuff from Victorias Secrets and the long johns. Basically a "wear this so you can wear that" kind of message? lol

I get hives from the cold. He thought I was nuts when I told him that. Then one day I went out running and came home and stripped down. Where ever I didn't have good coverage with clothing I was covered in hives.

I asked the dermatologist about it and she immediately knew what I was talking about. Cold Urticaria. Only me!

Whenever a woman strips down in front of me, I'm not looking at any hives.

I think my granddaughter found Christmas baffling more than anything else. She did really like the shirt I got her, I could tell because she smiled and then started gnawing on it. Did dinner at my sisters house where it turned out through some incredibly strange coincidence an old friend of hers who was divorced a year ago or so was also over for dinner. And seated right next to me....

No joke. I have to work and overwork to get anyone, and he just gets them left and right from other people!

My sisters think I should be with a relationship minded woman instead of "random hookups" as they call it and their concern and disapproval is duly noted but Christmas dinner is not the time or place.

This was probably the most depressing Christmas I've ever had...one of my close friends got engaged. I'm happy for her but I'm not feeling so casual about my casual relationship now. Guess I'll go eat more pie

Sorry to hear that.
