I disagree. A guy who is gay or dead sexually wouldn't give a second look. A guy too occupied with other stuff...? What would that be? Job? Physical problems? Financial issues? Other??? Please let me know what "too occupied " means to you.
The issue is dead to me. Was fun and affirming to my manhood. "Sue" is over. I do appreciate her attention. Nice to know that at my age (61) some mid 40s women find me attractive. Mrs 5150 is going to benefit from my "vote of confidence". Hormores stured up and all.

Here's the deal. Unless you sit around an dream up imaginary flirtations from women all day (As in believing that cocktail waitresses, sales clerks, and any other woman on the planet who happens to smile is hitting on you) then there's a good chance that she really is.
But that doesn't mean she's actually inviting you into the supply closet for a little inventory of your equipment. It might be that, given how she's newly divorced, she's trying to determine if she's still 'got it,' or she might really be looking for some fun. And if a reasonably mature woman is throwing out all the details of her personal life to you, you might want to see if she's doing it with others. If it's just you that she's telling, then you might be onto something.
Or she might just be indiscreet. The woman who's cut my hair for ten years was telling me last week that, "My husband's boring me. I just need a good hard screwing. Do you ever think about that?"

Occupied means you're too busy handling business to allow yourself to get caught up in potentially compromising situations. The sheer fact it happened at work should be an automatic red-flag.
I think we, and that includes the OP, are putting too much thought into this. Like I said before, laugh it off, enjoy the view and walk away character in tact. This woman can't do anything by herself unless she seduces you at gunpoint, and if that happened you could talk your way out if it, but laughing at this point would only pi$$ her off.
